V8 bits.

Hi I have just purchased a rover 3.5 V8 to put into my series 3 1975 and was wondering if anyone on here has any good suggestions for a gearbox to get for it. I have the 4 speed, no overdrive. Should I just get an overdrive and adapter plate? I would like to maintain AWD. Also does anyone have an adapter plate for sale at a reasonable cost?

Lt95? Or standard LT76 series? Auto box?

Is it a swb? Matters due to prop shaft length, meaning LT76 makes most sense.

Yes SWB 88", so I need to get an adapter plate and overdrive ideally then.
