URGENT: How do you remove this bolt on seat

As the title,

I'm trying to remove my seats so that I can cover the seat box. I can't seem to get to the passenger rear right (as you are sat in the passenger seat) bolt.

My socket is too tall for it, and my spanner has no room around the back and sides?!?!?

All you have to do is slide the seat forward!!!
