unlocking problem

Hi, just when I thought I had waded through all the problems and my restored P38 was ready for an MOT I have a problem with the locking that I can't solve. As soon as I unlock the car it immediately locks itself again, if I unlock with the key and pull the handle at the same time I can open the door OK but it them relocks even in the open position you can open the other door if again the handle is pulled at the same moment the key is turned. Everything else works, It starts and runs okay with no error messages. Any suggestions?

Strip and clean the tailgate button and the connector block.

Problem solved, the door lock micro switches were damp half an hour on my Aga top solved the problem, every Ranger Rover owner need an Aga to dry out the crap electrical system.
