I had removed the tweeter housing on the passenger side yesterday to respray the mirror. Inside was a tweeter as I'd expect and the board at the bottom that slots behind the door card saying Harmon Kardon.
I've removed the drivers side this morning and discovered that there is no tweeter! The cable is there but the tweeter is missing. So, instead of just buying a replacement tweeter I've decided I may as well buy the housing too as it's cracked (previous owner).
I've found 2 on eBay however both of them have different part numbers:

Currently, only the passenger side in my car has the Harmon Kardon badge - the drivers side is just 'plain' so I suspect this has been a replacement part at some point. I am confused as to which one above I should be getting though. They look identical but have different part numbers.
