Trying to find an exhaust body heatshield for a side exit...

I have got a side exit on my 90 and I have cut a 3" hole in the body where it comes out, I want it to look a bit better though and am after a piece of body trim/exhaust shield to cover the edges of the bodywork, thing is I cant find it anywhere. I have looked on eBay, Demon tweeks and googled what I can but simply can not find one. Years ago they were everywhere but now days god knows who sells them. Its for a defender not that it should make any difference.

I had thought about making one but was hoping to be lazy about it and just buy one I could rivit on... one less job to mess around with an all that...

lol no it was green but i jet washed it off...**** it..

Im hoping not to pay to much for it, £30 is to much, was hoping for a cheap boy racer special for about £10... looks like I may need to make one, guess I got to sort out my hole saws then... I like the no smoke no poke one mind, I could just ask the local water jet owners to cut me one...

ha ha ha thats what i did...ha ha ha ha ha ha ha
took me 30 mins to cut the body and fit,

makeing the exhaust took a little longer..

I ran it over the top of the chassis through the body mount.
cut out all the back box etc.

I got one about year ago from extreme 4x4 also seen them on devon 4x4.

i made mine out of a s.steel sauce pan
