Transmission Oil Change

Hi,

Apologies if this has been covered a zillion times.
i am new on this forum and is seeking your help with my Landy L322 TD6 2004.

i believe its time for me to change my transmission oil. i got a quote from Les Paul (indep dealer) based in east London for a complete transmission flush for £516.26 inc VAT

the breakdown for the total is (net)

Gearbox Flush £34.50
Gearbox Filter and screen £104.42
Oil (12litres) £187.80
Labour £103.50

i know this is dear but can someone please shed light in roughly how much i should be spending ?

ps - they have said they will be using genuine landy parts.

£187 for 12 ltrs of ATF FFS GUys having a fooking larf..

filter and oil pan is about £75 for a genuine LR one.
