transmission leaking on handbrake /

have a 90 defender 1994 handbrake not holding i beleive the transmission is leaking its all over the drum, is this a easy fix ? cheers rob.:)
 
prop off,hand brake drum off, back plate and oil catcher are 4 bolts new seal
