any one know of a good gear/transfer box garage in staffs to recon my transfer box as its a bit tired and leaking oil well its done 196k
any help would be nice thanks:) im in stoke on trent if that helps
 
It would work out cheaper to get a good 2nd hand one instead alot cheaper what ratio transfer box do you have at the moment.
 
sometimes true if you know what your looking for i have transfer box for sale that came off a disco that i had on my defender was excellent for motorways and fuel economy.
 
Well not that bothered bout fuel cus I got overdrive on mine but how much u askin for ur transfer box and will it fit my defender ok cus I'm not that clued up on that kinda thing also I assume it has no oil leeks as the wife getting on my case bout the drive way thanks for. The reply Danny

Yh maybe will try get the wife's car to come up cus don't fancy doin the miles with the leaky box will let u know as soon as I know also do u know the rough mileage of it please dude
