tow bar fitting instructions please

got myself the adjustable dixon bate tow bar etc but no bolts...i know i need the angle iron bracket which fits at the bottom edge of the xmember but i can make that no worries....what size bolts will i need and do i need a back plate...its for a series 3....dixon bate online fitting instructions are down at the min so i thought i ask here,,,,thank you
 
Morning Lioner :), not had chance to check those parts yet with the accident and all.

Will do it later when i get back home.

If my memory serves me right the bolts to hold the plate on have a 19mm Head / High tensile. may be worth putting a re-enforcing plate on the back as well.

thats ok....fitted the wiper adapter ian but the choke cable is wrong,,,,mines on the ignition barrel shroud but cannot for the life of me find one like what i need on the net.....might try and modify the old one as the outer casing is split causing the cable to kink and not return properly....i got the speedo working now:).....actually seen 35mph on the clock then had to slow down....ran out of road:D
