Timing belt kit

Going to put a timing belt kit on my 1997 300TDI Discovery.

I would appreciate if anyone could tell me if its worth going the extra to get the modified timing belt kit and why.

Asked the same question last week for my 1996 300Tdi.
Def get latest kit as the pulleys have collars on them to prevent belt creep.
Have''nt ordered one yet as not due for abou 3 months, just getting the info.

The timing belt snapped on the old 300tdi I had without the modified pulley so i'd get it done asap. The belt crept of the bottom pully grinding away a load of metal from the inside of the cover which had to be replaced as well.
