Timing belt and tensioner

First of all hi all, was wondering if you lads could give me a guide to what price I should be paying at a garage for the above fitted on a 1993 defender with a 200tdi engine.

i bought a kit and paid a local small garage £120 labour

My local independent Landrover specialist quoted me £270 all in for supplying and fitting a timing belt kit (comes with all pulleys) and replacing the front crank seals. That's on a Disco 300tdi.
I've bought the bits off ebay and will be getting a mechanic friend to do it for around half that price.
