OK, I'm probably being a right numpty here but I bolted on my throttle pedal to the bulkhead and went to fit my brand new throttle cable (Britpart :( ) but I can't see how I get it through the hole in the bulkhead. I've tried unscrewing the plastic fittings But they won't budge. Also, is there supposed to be a grommet sealing the bulkhead hole as I couldn't find one on any drawings/parts lists?

Di you have the right cable? Correct cable has a grommet built into it on the end. This simply pushes into place. Discovery version of cable has a larger grommet at the end than the defender. This does not fit through the defender bulkhead hole.

I'll take another look today when I go over to work on it. There was nothing rubber feeling in terms of a grommet, just a hard plastic piece but perhaps Britpart call that the grommet?
