1) It is cold and wet and gets dark quickly.
2) You have a bad cold.
3) You need specialist tools.
4) MOT is due.
5) And working extra days.

Then you find the cheap place near work has stopped doing Land Rovers because they are hard, and the local LR specialist is booked out for ages.

So after the repairs, I then need to find a new MOT place as well as he doesn't want the hassle!

Two of the repair jobs can be limped until warm weather (shuttle valve and air bags, both intermittant and parts in hand)

But Watts linkage and washer bottle are both a complete pain

Rusted up screws on bumper.

Aghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

It's a Saturday afternoon and all the parts places are shut til Monday morning and you need it for work

That is annoying!

Depends on overtime required as well.

Do I do Saturday at work with overtime, or spend all day in the cold getting ratty with the car?

I think the fact we have customers falling over each other to throw money at us for code customisation that a couple of Saturdays will more than pay labour.
