Does any one know if the TDI 200 and TDI 300 use the same crank? Can i put a TDI 300 Crank into a TDI 200 Block and everything fit ok?

No, the 200Tdi and the 300Tdi don't use the same crankshaft.
200Tdi shares the same crank as 2.5 petrol, 2.5 diesel and 2.5 turbo diesel, part # ERR1181.

The 300tdi crank drives the oil pump at the front, that is the main difference.
