TD5 spotlight wiring

Ok, going to wire up a pair of 100w spots tomorrow, will use a 40 amp relay and main beam supply to switch. My question is, where is the best place to pick up the main positive feed from. I could go direct to the battery but would prefer to use a different point if Land Rover have been good enough to supply a fused or unfused accessory connection point on a fuse box or somewhere. Soz, I dont have a wiring diagram yet.
