TD5 Rear armrest cupholder

Does anyone know how to get the cupholder out of the rear seat armrest on a TD5 s2 ???

Mine seems to have jammed..

You press it inwards and release, it should then pop out under its own steam.

Thanks, but sorry that's not what i was getting at....

The eject mechnisim spring seems to have brocken, bent or something, and I want to physically remove the unit for repair or replacement. I cant seem to work out how to get it out.

I have seen replacements on evil bay... but the detail of the photo's is not enough to see how it actually fixes into the housing if the armrest.
