My Discovery 2 TD5 has developed an oil leak from the bottom of the bell housing where it mates up to the gear box. The oil appears to be coming out of a small rectangular hole see picture below. It only starts leaking when the engine is running and stops soon after the engine is switched off. The oil is dirtyish suggesting engine oil.
Any help on identifying the source of the leak would be appreciated. Thanks
