Td5 not starting

2000 x reg Td5 not starting ..
Sat for 2 months and battery went flat ..new battery put on ,now wont start ,,pushed the button on bulkhead and no change ,key fob opens doors .put in ignition and turn on then hazard lights will flash constantley and central locking sounds like it tries to open,engine will crank but nothing happens ...any help is gratefull ,,,thanks
