td5 no power on take off

no power on ma td5 2003 for the first 3 to 5 secs she is dead then boom sparks into life fitted full new pump to her since fitting pump has done this.this morn took pump out that has been in for 3 month all the wee filters were choked and have replaced the air flow meter thx.

Do you mean the diesel pump and diesel filters?

Sounds like **** in the tank ... so it's likely that the whole system, including tank, needs a clean. Has it been stood for a while?

no mate it is used daily the wee filters on the pump it self have changed the fuel filter twice it has only had the flat spot since pump im thinking th fuel reg next
