TD5 - Best Clutch?

My 2004 TD5 110 had a fuel leak that llegedly ruined the clutch.
I dont know what is inside ie LOF or not or a DMF or not.

If I wanted to put the best clutch and flywheel what should I choose and why?

A garage was offering to supply clutch and flywheel made by APEC but my son in law says he doesnt rate them.

Valeo I believe is the OEM.

I have a LOF Flywheel + Clutch I am waiting to install sitting around.

Valeo HD clutch and Dualmass Flywheel.

LOF and single mass flywheel will make the gearbox rattle.
LOF and dualmass will (if you fit the HD version) damages the flywheel in a shorter than acceptable time, the Roadspec clutch is better but still a little 'firm' (IMO).

@meego has one for sale that would suit you ...
