Td5 90 y 2000 screech on start up and running

Hi again
Yes back with another. On start up from cold I have now got a sustained screeching sound goes on for 5 mins or so. Not a slipping belt sound. i think it is comming from the flowmeter side of the engine bit cant be sure.
What would you guys say the top 3 things are to check. It stops when warm.

Sure it's not a belt? Could it be coming for the turbo?

That is the spigot bush, when we was doing loads of them we kept a few soaking in a jar of oil and reamed them after fitting.
