TD4 broken hose on fuel rail/injector

Morning all,
I got up early this morning to change the crank case breather valve on my td4 and I've managed to break one of the plastic T shaped connections on the fuel rail so I have diesel spraying out!
Does anybody know the part number for this?
Will a local lr garage have it?
Should I try to limp it to my nearest garage or is that very stupid?
