Tailgate Cable Problem

Hi I am new to this forum but really hoping somebody can help.
My 2013 RR vogue has wire cable stays on the rear tailgate, both have snapped. I am looking for a replacement part number but can't see this in any tailgate diagram picture or find anything online. There are plenty of the earlier ones with the rubber shroud but mine it just wire.
Any help would be appreciated as we are hoping to do a DIY repair.

Got baling cord? It doesn’t have to be authentic JLR wire if it’s not in a museum just fit for purpose


We have loads of the bailing twine around surprising what it can do when needed

In rethought what if they fit it wrong and the whole door comes off?
Standard thing on a tratter, maybe unbearable for 405 and I don’t want the blame

Have you asked your local dealer? Sometimes these parts are dealer only.

Does the wire cable pull out of and retract into the end of the tube, the tube being hidden inside the bodywork (random google of one of the part numbers)?

If not then you'll need to speak to the parts dept of a franchised LR dealer with your chassis number.

ETA I note that the link by marjon is the same as the above & you've already said that isn't it, so franchised dealer it is then.
