Swivel Ball Replacement Help Needed!

aup folks need my swivel replacing an buster has kindly offered to help me out at xmas to do it BUT
buster has replaced the one's on his older defender and his swivels look like this

mine look the same apart from mine is a 97 R reg disco without the drain plug circled due to mine being 1shot an busters being oil filled swivel
my question is, is it the same job to change the swivel or is it more of a bastard to do?

it's exactly the same job to do and parts are interchangeable, your swivel housing doesn't have the plug as your swivels are expected to keep their 1-shot graese for life
