L322 Swap Chrome Bars for Standard Side Steps

Hi,

I have recently bought a 2007 L322 which has chrome bars rather than side steps. I'm keen to change them to the more standard side steps. Do the side steps always come in a pack with mudflaps (which I already have so don't need)?

Also I'm surprised there aren't any second-hand side steps on ebay. Is there a good place online for used side steps etc?

I'm surprised your surprised tbh, the powder coating is of poor quality and the structural square tubing is quite thin walled, so when they rust from insides out and outsides in I can't ever imagine a flourishing second-hand marking cropping up.


It's not like they're overly expensive and if new you can treat them with waxoil.
