Frequently (but not every time) when I park for more than an hour or so , the body on the off side rear corner lowers itself, presumably to minimum. The self-levelling system warning light doesn't light up.
Start the car and it levels itself within seconds. The 'off-road' raised suspension also appears to work and the probvlem (fortunatelty) doesn't occur while the engine in running. It's an air spring system - vehicle has done around 110k miles
Anyone experienced this? Suggestions?

I have a 51reg TD5 mine does the same after being parked for 24hours (it looks very sad) I have seen a lot that do it and I have wondered if it is normal

could be a leaky bag. set it to the highest setting with the car running and coat the bag in soapy water looking for bubbles

I had the same problem, I tried soapy water on the air springs but no sign of bubbles. In the end I bought new air springs from Paddocks, very easy to fit.
It was only with the old ones off and soaked in water that I was able to see several small streams of bubbles from both air springs, they go porous with age.
