OOps meant to be strange rumbing noise

Hi, I have a 1993 200tdi Range Rover and for the last couple of months it has developed a progressively louder rumbling sound/vibration from the drive train. It happens in any gear and at all sppeds. I've checked the wheel hubs and they seem OK. It seems worst at about 30 mph and louder on acceleration. I also disconnected the front prop shaft last week as I also discovered that the viscous coupling had seized and was wearing out my tyres. Any ideas on how best to diagnose where the prob is? I managed to get a complete replacement transfer box (cheaper than buying a viscous coupling alone) and am comtemplating replacing the whole thing instead of just the viscous coupling. I'm worried if I continue driving I might do some serious damage...

Thanks Richard
