Stopping would be nice

Hi all

I a question for you all.

When under breaking i have got no stopping power until the pedal reaches the floor. I have bled the system and replaced the front pads and still the same...

Any one know why??

master cylinder??

take lid orf it and get someone to pump the pedal fer yer. if yer see bubbles coming up , its fooked

Do they improve with a pump?
Have you drums on the back, are they correctly adjusted?

Stopping would be nice
