Stereo problem

Hi All

Your help is needed regarding a stereo problem on my range rover L322 vogue.The stereo comes on but i have no radio and the tape wont play but the little orange light is on.The menu button only selects the display screen but has no writing or numbers in the display, the sat nav works fine HELP !!!!!!
