just bought a kenwood system got it all wired and nothing
Company say thete is not enough power and to run a ignition wire
Or buy a can bus adapter
Buy a what lol
Any one had same issue
Any help would be great after spending 230 on a stereo that does naff all
 
Might be worth giving a bit more info, exactly what head unit you have, how is it wired, what d3 is it, what was the old system, then someone might be able to help.
Sorry I can't I have a D2 with a kenwood :)

It would help to know the type of original installation you're working with.
If it's a base line unit, then I would start looking at the power wiring first, making sure that the usual permanent and switched 12 volt feed are present and working.
If it's the HK Hi-line set-up .... well, after looking at the wiring diagrams then I would advise you to seek professional advice from a vehicle ICE specialist.

Check the fuses 1st
Even if it is the Harmon kardon system it might not be that bad to get it all to work,
There are various wiring harnesses out there that will help,
But again these guys need to know what you have and what your trying to do
