How do all,

This aint for me, its for my uncle, now, he has an R reg 300tdi XS v8 with lpg conversion, after massive problems with keighly 4x4's in yorkshire, an engine put together with bathroom sealent and a bust radiator filled with egg's and no thermostat, it's all running reat and he wants side steps.

Now, i need to ask, the tanks for the lpg are 2x 35 litre, underneath the vehicle at the sides, in the centre in between the wheels (if you want a picture please ask)

Ok, my understanding is, side steps are only as wide as you can see, the rest of them are the fixings which are quite long and you bolt these onto the chassis somewhere.

1) am i right
2) so would i be able to fit side steps on this or will it require some work.

Cheers all, you'll make my uncle and auntie happy

bex and tom

Yes you should be OK, they are usually only held on with two bars, one at the back one at the front on the chassis outriggers.
