Steering Noise - one side only.

Hi. Just driving my TD4 2005 Freelander home and out of the blue, ONLY WHEN TURNING RIGHT, I'm getting a noise that sounds a bit like rubber rubbing on metal. No vibration, no tremor in the sterring wheel, just this noise. Also makes this when the car isn't moving. Any suggestions? (I did check the forum but only found stuff for Discovery/Range Rover). Cheers for any assistance.
