Anyone had any dealings with an outfit called Safari-Equip Co. UK (WVA Holdings) and in particular with one Tom Hurndall?
In response to an enquiry, said person smelled money (part of his job, fair enough), but cheque in hand, rather lost interest. (1) Several emails went unanswered; (2) he apparently didn't know or didn't care to know the difference between a copy invoice and a VAT refund form (substantial VAT refund therefore lost); (3) he ignored request for advice about fitment of one of the parts we'd purchased.
I wouldn't touch the firm again with a ****-covered barge pole, and would like to pass on to others the benefit of our bad-tasting experience.
