Great start to the build, Landys are a great introduction to mechanics because they are fairly easy to work on. If you are unsure of anything just chuck a thread up on here
What are your plans for the 90? Weld the chassis and paint the body or dismantle every component?
As for chaining it up, have you considered chaining the wheel to the chassis leg or the spring? It's much harder to remove than the bumper which can just be unbolted very quickly
