Squealing coming from gearbox

Been driving with out the radio on today and i noticed a strange squealing coming from the gearbox, its goes away when coasting which made me think it was gearbox. could it be i just need a top up of oil?
 
sounds like bearing failure either thrust release bearing or gearbox bearings.
my layshaft bearings died.
