right i am going to fit a second battery and this split charge thing

now i was planning on running the winch,spotlights from the second battery and the truck from the one already fitted but will i need to fit a bigger altarnator
and also would it be possible to have a switch inside the cab to cut off power to the winch, spotlights from the second battery but also have another switch to actually turn the spots on.
