Southern Spain expats Landrover club - the start???

Hi Chaps, Everyone mentions about the lack of off road clubs in southern Spain. I have found many people in the same situation. It seems to me that at some point we should all get together and maybe start a club or group? We all have a little knowledge of certain areas, we all want 'weekends away' and if we pull our knowledge and contacts then I'm sure things will grow from it. I know Spaniards/Gibraltarians who would probably join as well which is handy if your Spanish is anything as good as mine.....Im in Gibraltar, I've seen other people posting from Algeciras and Marbella and Tarifa so why don't we all get together for a meet? personal email [email protected]. I now have a few peoples details. Currently we have 2x90's 3 Discovery's and a possible meet soon. I will be collating details and we will have a Gib LRO website soon (thanks Bruce). So if anyone is pondering, please get in touch.

i am thinking of driving my landy down with me to spain but have been warned that it is hell to reg it down there??? i have swaped my old block for a 300tdi so am worried this ill mak it even harder. do you hsppen to kno anymore about the rules of taking a english reg landy over to spain???
if so i would love to find out more
