Thanks very muchly! I've written recently for the Land Rover Monthly mag in the UK - Olivia the S3 featured in Jan, Feb & March. But a book? Hmmm...I'll simply have to go travel for a few years and find fodder!

Yup, it's humming along quietly, posting my location and any strange events to the internet constantly. Last weekend we did a quick run to Cape Town to see a friend, came home late, and were informed by SMS that the vehicle had been started outside designated driving times and may be stolen! We'd set it to notify if driven after 10pm. Shortly thereafter we were idling in a traffic jam behind a very serious accident when another SMS said "low battery" - indeed, it was, and we hadn't noticed it...

Brilliant little device, that.
