Snorkel

Could anyone tell me where I could get a snorkel for a Series 3 88'? I have been looking and figure that I will have to buy one for another model and have it modifed. Also, I just want to verify that I am doing a correct measurement and would like to know the bolt pattern spacing for the wheels of the same vehicle. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks

Another good one to try is rebel 4x4 based in bolton but mail order, £88 + p&p www.rebel4x4.co.uk got one for my defender from there and very happy with it

Build your own? Silicone tubing from carb, "drainpipe" (visit your local plastic emporium) (with elbows and superglue), jubilee clips and K&N. Cost? under £30,a couple of hours thinking and £50(plus vat) towards that RPI engine/gas conveersion/portal axle kit.....

Do you know of any websites that show this being done? I saw an s3 at briercliffe with a drainpipe snorkel that looked spot on. Will have to be a drainpipe on mine as soon as I find the right one to buy!
