hi im going to make a snorkel for my series 3 2.25 pet but i am stuck has any one got any picks of the engine bay or have done this befor to show or tell me. so i can see what they have done to filter the air coming in :confused: and what side is best cos i have the heater? hole on the L side .could i link it up to that and put a hole under for the engine so both take air from the snokel

So I take it that your heater is on the passenger side in the engine bay by the bulkhead? I moved my heater into the centre of the cabin (the flat type, bot the big round ones) to give me room to put the airbox in the bay (didnt want the snorkel either on the passenger side, or unweildly pipe routing.

yes my heater is on the L side will look in to moveing that. but what bid you use for a filter for the air intake

I used a discovery air box, I am going to post some pictures in the Power thread that I started as we have a bit of a discussion in there about airboxes.
