I have noticed a few things since servicing my car yesterday.

I took it out for a long run today to double check everything. I'm not sure if I'm listening closer than normal, but...

I have a slight clunk felt through the steering wheel when turned back and forth around the "straight ahead" position. You can hear it outside with the bonnet up too. It only does it when the car is stationary, and it does it with the engine running or not. Feels like the start of a worn something? Any ideas where I should start looking?

I've noticed a high pitched whirr from the front diff area when accelerating. It stops if I take my foot off the accelerator. Could this have been caused by greasing the prop-shaft UJs? It seems to have got quieter as the test drive went along, and seems to have almost gone now. Is this the start of UJ failure?

Finally, I noticed a weep of coolant in the o ring area of my footwell. I have LPG installed, and whilst fitting new spark plugs had to move the heater hoses around quite a lot to gain access. I know this can unseat the o rings and cause a leak, however, I pushed some tissue up there to soak up any leaking cooland, and the leak now seems to have gone away. Have you ever heard of o rings re-seating themselves? It's got me stumped.

I'm most worried about the steering thing. Any ideas on that?

If I unbolted one end and it went away that would confirm it wouldn't it?
Yes. as for the "O" rings, mine leaked for a while after I disturbed them doing the heatshield on my diesel. They stopped leaking after a few days and were OK for a few months before they started leaking again and I had to replace them.
