My rebuild was originally 110 CSW but I am changing it to 110 Hard Top, I have these Sills which came with it which are the longer ones, will I be able to cut these to suit or would I need the shorter ones ??

So, are those sills off a 130?

Them sill rails look like the repair piece that YRM sell. You cut your B and C posts off and weld them onto these. As for if that’s correct for a van, I wouldn’t know. Thinking about it though, it will still need a full length sill to bolt to the chassis crossmember, and it will still need some form of “B” post for the door to close against, so I would guess that you can use them.

Edit: just been on the YRM website. The sills for a 110 4/5 door won’t fit. You need sills for a 90, as these also fit 110/130 pick up/hardtop. This isn’t to say that with a grinder and a welder, that these can’t be made to fit.

I know they bolt to bulkhead with 2 bolts but how do they connect at other side?

On the 110 4/5 doors, they connect to an “under seat crossmember”, often called a “mid-crossmember”. See photo.

If your converting to a van, then I don’t know as these use 90 sill rails. On a 90, I think they bolt to a tubular outrigger, but I don’t know if you can retrofit them to a 110, or if they are needed?

Yes Remember now when you mentioned the posts, my old ones were cut off and still had an old piece of sill rail on them.
Obviously the ones I have are for the 4 door, so I need the 2 door ones, but where do they go to, can only think that they go as far as where the door closes on the rear tub. will have to see if I can get a look at a 110 van somewhere,

110/90 sills
Horizontal bracket onto bulkhead
Vertical bracket onto the seat base.
Both have 2 fixings just looked under mine.
