I am going to build a bit of a custom exhaust soon, the down pipe is fine until the flange where its rusted so I am going to cut it, before the flange and get some custom exhaust parts.
Question is, which silencer can I drop - I recently replaced the mid silencer so its good, my plan was to join that up by fitting a new joiner here (£3ish) then then run pipe work right to the back.
Or, do I join a piece of straight pipe in here and use the rear silencer only?
Noise levels acceptable/ MOT pass?
Its a 1990 2.5N/A.
