Hi there my passanger window has lost its set. Went to set fully down and up. When up clicks and bangs any ideas?

Window mechanism has broken aor the plastic stop bush has fallen out
when the stop bush falls out the window winder mechanism frame cracks and the gear wheel starts jumping teeth on the quadrant

Stripped teeth pretty common as they get old and wear easy to replace

For the price of it I'd recommend buying a new one all together. I replaced my drivers side one with a second hand one and within a week it was knackered too!! So bought two new ones and did both fronts.. Hour a door stripped and rebuilt.

Ahh not too bad then drivers window goes stiff last bit of travel. Windows half down on bumpy tracks properly havent helped. A job for a less windy rainy day lol
