Series 2a

Hi,
I have been offered a Series 2a 2.25 petrol swb, so I will be going to look at it at some point in March, I was wondering what one of these would weigh?

It's about 75 miles away from me, and I was thinking of getting a "Tow A frame" and then I could tow it back behind my 90 rather than have to hire a trailer.
Has anyone used one of these before for towing landrovers before? (I used 1 for towing cars) I was thinking I would remove the prop if required.

It illegal.. Get a trailer much cheaper than having your insurance refuse to pay out if your involved in an accident

Cheers for that, I did wonder that deep down lol that the vehicle being pulled had to be road legal.

Even if it was using a A frame is still illegal.
