Can anyone suggest what clutch parts I need for my v8 fitted to a series 2 gearbox. The conversion was done before I bought the car a few years ago and I can't remember what parts were used.

I think as a rule of thumb the clutch goes with the engine.
Ie you will need a v8 clutch.
I'm sure if I'm wrong this lot will take pleasure in telling me.

There are a few variables but usually the friction plate is from gearbox model (I used diesel 2a) The pressure plate is more variable , some use same as original vehicle(i.e series11 and redrill flywheel. I used 3.8 jag (more clamping power) and redrilled flywheel . HTSH
