don't talk to me about banks. Honk Gong and Shanghai are converting to
security devices. Somewhere along the line they have the wrong email
address, so emailing me the activation code didn't work, neither did the one
they sent me by snailmail. Phoned 'em, the bloke said "You need to apply
for a new activation code", told me where to download the form for to fax to
'em. Filled it in very carefully and precisely, in case it's read by
machine...
form says that they'll email the code within 3 hours. no sign of it.
