im really thinking about selling my beloved p38
just had it mot'd the other day but my needs(or should i say the wifes needs)
dictate that i may have to sell the old girl
as much as i love the rangie it looks like it may have to go
its a 99 thor 4.0 v8 thats done 174000 miles
whats the going rate for this kind of mileage motor

If it's not LPG'd then a high mileage V8 isn't going to fetch much at all. Depends what spec & what condition the rest of the car is. Higher spec can bring more by breaking...it pains me to say.

Sadly I think it is worth more broken at that mileage unless it has a fairly recent motor.

personally id sell it as 1 .ive broke a few & not that much sells believe it or not ended up giving most away, once engine, eas bits, abs bits & other electrical bits & bobs are gone its off to the crusher.
