Anyone got pics of runners showing brackets for backs...the ones I'm working on some idiot has snapped them off to fit a bench seat which doesnt fit!...dimensions would be great so I can fold them up and weld them on...Ta Rob...

I could be wrong, but think they are just flat plates for the backs to hinge on?

If you see in the pic there is a slight curve where its broken and pics I´ve seen in Haynes resto book show them as an L shape bracket with a bend in it at the top that the back bolts to....but pics not great...or the book...it belongs to owner...

Got pics, poor as its dark, tried to take pics with tape measure forget it total failure!
The bottom of the seat backs are a snug fit on the cushion, so snug the cushions need a thump rearwards t get them under the backs.

Thats brill many.many thanks gives me a starting point...didnt realise they were held on with clips that explains the tight gap...

I think originally they would have been split pins, the R clips are my doing, also useful on the door checkstrap, bonnet stay etc.
