New to the forum and stopping by to say hello and introduce myself.
I'm from West Sussex on the south coast, have been into Land Rovers for a while, mainly off road. I've always wanted a P38, been looking for a while and, the other day I got myself a 1997 2.5 DSE auto.

Have a few bit's to sort out on it but don't think anything serious, doing the off road stuff there was always a lot of repairs to do so, mechanically anyway, hopefully wont be to much of a problem.

Anyway, good to be here and I'm looking forward to having a look round. Brian.

Welcome to LZ, Brian! :)

Turbomand and kurtjohnson10, thanks for the welcome. I need to have a look at the "wandering steering" thing but, other than that, everything seems to be fairly up together. It does have a boy racer radio fitted though that just looks so out of place, I can see that getting changed out very soon :).

Enjoy it mate,
The P38 is an amazing vehicle. It makes you smile and cry :)
The aim of the game is to keep it serviced and maintained. The site has a lot of members who can help you with any issues you have. Just post a thread in the p38 section and your question will be answered ;)
I have saved thousands by using the knowledge of members on here to fix any issue with my p38s.
Enjoy ;)
